@Sergey Starodub @Albert Khaydatov For Schnayder his pvt1 pc decided to get this error while launching invivo today, I checked both working pc and the one that doesn't work, and I don't really see this dll. I spoke to invivo support and they just said that invivo 5 is not compatible with windows 11 and they have to upgrade, nothing they can do about the error. they said it might just work, but if you suddenly get the error, its doomed. I explained this to the Dr and he is not buying it and wanted me to run this by you guys, any thoughts? lol

**Import Error dialog box** is displayed on screen with the message: **"failed to load module vtkCommon.dll"**. The dialog is titled "Import Error" and contains a red error icon (X) alongside the message, with a single **"OK"** button to dismiss. No equipment model labels, part numbers, or hardware indicators are visible.

I could try to reinstall it completely maybe but not sure if I will end up messing with the license, since I cannot open the program at all to check anything on it

thats exactly what I was told when we were replacing the server several months ago.
And I believe we told him that as well.

go ahead, reinstall and see if that works. Also, it might be Win update that broke it.

it worked again after uninstalling these two specific updates, not sure which one did it. but is the same thing at the end, these updates will kick in at some point in time in w11 and it will break again.. is just a matter of time at this point, I will remind him again I guess.

The Windows Update uninstall screen shows 2 updates being removed: **KB5049622** ("Update for Microsoft Windows") with status "Uninstalled, restart required," and **KB5050009** ("Security Update for Microsoft Windows") with status "Uninstalling..." and an active progress bar visible beneath it.
