Having strange issue with PDS Teaneck FD02 PC - whenever she presses the printscreen button on her keyboard, explorer stops responding and she can no longer click on anything in her task bar/task tray (have to kill explorer.exe process from task manager and start it again to get it to work properly).. I checked hard drive health - it shows health status is good but hard drive health is 96%. They recently got this PC though as per office - it is still under warranty until September 28, 2025. I tried running sfc /scannow , dism, windows updates, also updated graphics driver but none of that helped. Any other suggestions here?

we are having the issue with Vermont's PVT2 PC that is extremely slow for no reason and the drive is at 92%.
Dell refuses to replace it afaik.

the PDS setup is very simple. as soon as we have time and they can let us mess with this PC, we can:
- demote from the domain
- reinstall OS
- rejoin to the domain
- see how it works after that
There might be something happening to the SSD that causes OS to glitch. Unless Phil we can somehow convince Dell to replace these SSDs. Maybe fool Dell by giving them the failed code as if we ran the onboard diagnostics and have them send a tech or at least the new SSD
