Hey guys! How's the proper way to create a conference room? Let's say that I want to have a call with a provider and a customer

I have to dial 700 and it will create a room right?

so with the desktop one, usually, while having the first call there, you click on line 2, which places the first call on hold, then you dial the second number you want to make a conference with, once you have both calls, you just hit on the conference button, that will put line 2 on conference, then you click back to line 1, and hit the conference button again, and usually that's it, at least on the desktop one

The 3CX softphone client is displayed with an active call on **Line 1** (highlighted green) to number **2128130850**, identified as **Meridian Dental Group**, with a call duration of **00:01:22**. The user is logged in as **Jose 417** with status set to **Available** and connection status shown as **Connected**. A red arrow points to the **Line 2** button, and available call controls visible include Hold, Transfer, Keypad, Mute, Video, Att.transfer, Conference, and Rec, with the **Rec button illuminated blue** indicating an active state.
