I recall at some point.. I also helped them, so, a call will go to green mountain, then if they could not pick up, it goes to an external RVT agent, and then, if that agent is unable to pick up the call, it would forward the call to > 9176727899 which is a green mountain weave number I setup that goes straight to VM, but I think some work has been done after, and i don't know what the flow is anymore...
