Guys, any idea why this is happening? The scanner stops in the middle of the scanning, and then continues, but that part goes to another page

The image shows four scanned documents, appearing to be **Anthem** and **Empire** insurance cards or benefit documents. Red annotations (circles and arrows) highlight what appears to be a **member ID or policy number field** on the top documents, pointing down to corresponding **label or barcode sections** on the bottom documents. The bottom-left document contains partially legible text including what appears to be a name field reading "**DRAGUIGNA**" and associated ID numbers, while the bottom-right shows a dark printed label strip; however, the resolution is too low to capture specific alphanumeric values reliably.

maybe the sensor that detects end of page is malfunctioning? do you have the auto detection of pages enabled on it?

if it' in grayscale try changing to black and white, or reverse.
also pre-define page size
