Resolve Admin Access Issues on Non-Domain Laptops for Open Dental Updates

I have a computer at pds woodside that cant login to OD because it needs to update the client. The thing is that im not able to login as admin, that computer doesn't has LMI installed, and if I try to install it the screen blacks out and she has to type the passwords. I tried with different passwords and didn't worked, so I'm not able to login as admin to update open dental � what do you do in this cases?

yeah, they are extremely limited, brandon created an admin account which is on bitrix, usually we guide them to login with that account, once on that user, get us connected, then we install lmi, and we continue the troubleshooting, and we change that admin account password everytime we have to use in (in scenarios like this)

the current credentials are: user: admin23 password: Yellow2024!$

so how did they update open dental a few months ago when we ran them? maybe it was Ketaki who typed in the password?.... whats the name of the computer?

never worked with that laptop. i found more usernames in the password list to try labeled workstations: root Kdvhello:) root ashegheyukam

so i know that the old IT etech7 still supports dumbo location, so maybe they need to contact them to find out if there is some password they may have. otherwise, not sure what else to try.
