Hey, can someone give me a hand on this, I have this case https://bitrix.dentalht.com/workgroups/group/5/tasks/task/view/115475/ it looks like customer having problems accessing to the cameras from the Office2 PC, him is able to access from other PC's such as PVT OFFICE, removed cache and history, tried multiple web browsers, tried incognito, checked on the DNS, both pc's has Automatic IP and Static DNS, both connected on same network with ethernet.
Page just states on blank and doesn't load, IP: http://192.168.1.88:8000/webcamera.html

**Screen shows a Windows remote desktop session (TUCKER - OFFICE-2) with the following visible:**
- **IPv4 Properties dialog** is open showing "Obtain an IP address automatically" selected, with **Preferred DNS set to 192.168.1.220** and **Alternate DNS set to 192.168.1.1**; IP/Subnet/Gateway fields are blank.
- **Command Prompt** in background is running `ping 192.168.1.88 -t`, showing continuous successful replies with `bytes=32, TTL=64, time<1ms`.
- **Browser address bar** shows `192.168.1.88:8000/webcamera.html` marked as **"Not secure"**; tab labeled **"Web Client."**
