For Hello Smile woodside: I'm trying to update ring central, I signed in with our admin account hitech / dent@l1tsupp0rt and ran the update there. If I go back to Luz Bustillo's user, Ring central keeps asking to update it. I can't run the update in her user. I already rebooted her pc.

Should I modify the GPOs? @Albert Khaydatov I guess I can create one to allow the update

Weird, that normally works for other things for them like open dental update o.o

That just means the app is installed per-user somewhere in local app data, you may try running installer from that user’s profile as administrator (hitech)

I right click on it and tried to run it as an administrator, it didn't allow me to enter the user name and password. It shows the blue pop up about my lack of permissions

Shift + right click , run as different user
