Fix Excel file display issues in Dropbox web interface

Why is the file name crazy long? Try shortening it.

I know, for some reason it looks like it doesn't matter on Dropbox, with OneDrive we couldn't even upload it with that name, lol

I mean… just copy and paste to a new document and call it a day

I did that, but still the same, I did a new copy and upload it, but still the same.

but on the excel desktop there is no problem with the file, only on the web, but when I open the file from the web and do the Open with Excel Desktop there is no problem, meaning that the file it's not the problem, looks like excel web or dropbox it's having the problem.

What happen if you save it as .xls or .xlsx ?

Try with the "save as" option

still the same, what I'm thinking is that it could be related to some kind of service degradation, for the moment it is sincronizing and opens properly on the desktop, will be following up and see if it persist in a few hours maybe.
