Hi team, having issues with a Sirona shick AE sensor it doesn't work at all in a pc, while it works fine in another, pc, the working pc reads it under Universal bus controller as "AE Sensor USB interface" the not working pc, doesn't read it as anything, the sirona box lights up green, like if it works, but it doesn't detect it, already tried windows update, removed and reinstalled the shick drivers, we tested diff usb ports, bypassed a hub, nothing, the sensor works perfectly fine in another room. Also from what I can tell , both pcs have the same stuff installed. what they do is to bring an extension cord from room to room, along with the sirona box and the sensor, any suggestions on what else to try here? 🫠

are you sure they bring the actual sensor box? a lot of times offices have sensor box perm attached tot he PC and they only move the sensor portion

No, but I did not check that unti now, I am making sure they still have the sensor plugged into the pc, I'll let you know in a few mins

Yeah, this one right? and no, it doesn't see it, it is like if the computer would not read the sensor at all, and since it works just fine in another pc, must be the computer I guess, but not really sure what else to check😵‍💫
