The Chrome browser keeps crashing on my PC. No errors in event viewer. It just closes all my windows. I know it crashes because it offers to restore. Any ideas where to look for?

Sometimes the extensions can cause this, have you checked there?

There was some update between 1'st-3'rd that was mandatory check if you have auto-updates enabled

*You can run chrome update from task scheduler
or
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Update\GoogleUpdate.exe" /c"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Update\GoogleUpdate.exe" /ua /installsource scheduler"

I recall this happened to me in the past, the reason was logmein creating thousands of entries that were being saved in my "passwords" for each pc I would connect to, even though I wasn't saving any passwords, the way I fixed it was to export my bookmarks and passwords, and then modified the passwords sheet and delete all logmein related passwords, then I created a new profile from scratch and imported everything. it was fine after, but not sure if this would be your case
