Hello team, I'm having an issue with Name Grabber. The shortcuts in the OP rooms can't reach the server. Disk usage is over 90% even with just the Task Manager and a File Explorer open on the server. I shared the folder again, but I can't even open Name Grabber on the server. I already rebooted the server.

**Windows Task Manager** is open on a remote desktop session (via **LogMeIn**), showing system resource usage at **3% CPU, 42% Memory, 94% Disk, and 0% Network**. The **Disk usage at 94%** is highlighted in yellow, indicating elevated activity. Visible processes include **Windows Explorer (2), System, LogMeIn, Microsoft Edge (x2), Service Host: SysMain (72.6 MB), and Task Manager**, with no processes showing significant CPU or network load. The session timestamp reads **3:20 PM, 6/12/2024**.

when you say the shortcuts in the ops can't reach the server, are you able to browse to the path via UNC in file explorer? o.o

yes, I can. I shared it again and recreate the shortcut, but if I try to open name grabber nothing happens. Even if I try on the server

**On-screen error dialog from a Windows application:**
A modal dialog box titled **"No Patients Found!"** displays the message: *"No patient names could be located!"* with instructional text directing the user to verify a valid **Window Sniffer definition** for the application and to consult online documentation or downloads at **www.apteryxware.com/xva/downloads/index.html**. The status bar at the bottom shows **211 items, 1 item selected, 567 KB, State: Shared**.

so namegrabber is like a bridge between practice management and imaging software , you need to have a patient selected from the practice management software and then click on that namegrabber icon from task tray usually - is this what you are trying from the op's?

**Screen capture of a Windows-style dialog box titled "Application Locator"** from a software application called **"Name Grabber"** (window title bar reads "Find the application…"). The **Application** text field is empty, and an error message reads: **"An invalid application directory is specified."** Buttons visible are **Browse…**, **OK**, and **Cancel**; no file path has been entered in the application directory field.
