Hey guys, quick question. Ashley from PDS HQ is asking about a TS from 949 park that they have been using before. I see that she has a RDP file at the desktop, to connect there. If I ping that IP it doesn't answer, and the RDP doesn't work. I see that there's a TS running,but not sure if that server still works. I tried to use the public IP that they have now at 949, but it didn't work. Not sure if they have to log in by another way or if there was a change. She stated that she need to access the old dentrix, for some hq reports.
