For pds aveu, dr1 pc is unable to launch dentrix, I get this error, I notice that they have the old dentrix icons that they should not have anymore if I recall correctly, if I do a gpupdate if fails, but the log doesn't tell me much about it, if I switch to the administrator domain user I am able to run the gpupdate and the dentrix icon maps correctly and it works fine, but then I switch back to AVEU-DR01 user and doesn't work

**RemoteApp Disconnected error** is displayed on a Windows desktop. The error dialog reads: *"The remote resource can't be reached. Check your connection and try again or ask your network administrator for help."* In the background, a command prompt shows `gpupdate` completed successfully but logged a Group Policy failure for GUID **{4D2F9B6F-1E52-4711-A382-6A8B1A003DE6}**, with the RemoteApp attempting to launch an application named **"Gundy Dentrix"** before disconnecting.

Just realized it had two workspaces, grabbed the ave u icon from the first one and it worked, isn't the dentrix shortcut supposed to say "dentrix" only though?

The Windows Control Panel "RemoteApp and Desktop Connections" Properties window shows a failed update for a connection named **"Work Resources"** with URL `https://bj-rds01.hqrcms.local/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx`, created Monday, May 2, 2022. The most recent update attempt on **Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at 4:45 PM** failed with the message "Windows cannot find the remote computer that contains the connection" and **Error code: 0x80072ee7**. The on-screen advisory instructs verifying internet connectivity and confirming the administrator has not removed the connection.

(default connection) is the one pushed by GPO

both of them used to be published by GPO. but there was another GPO that supposed to remove the old one and publish the new. The one that is called Dentrix Worpspace is the new one. But again, no need to TS it, since all will be trashed soon
