@all Hi, for Hello smile, Angelica hasn't been receiving any emails from Ringcentral (faxes, alert, nothing) since june 17th, do we happen to manage gsuite for them? I don't see anything in bitrix, not sure if the issue is something on gsuite side, or ringcentral side, but it doesn't look like we have access to either of them, also there is another user with the same issue, so affected users
