Configure dual WAN failover for frequent internet outages

Hey guys, quick question. Bright smile dental office, they are saying that in their office they have internet outages very often, they are using optimum. She's asking what do we advice to have the office running if they have an internet outage. Same for the phones, they have IP phones. I told her that they can have another ISP as backup, they have a Watchguard T20, so I think that's possible, right? Anyways, she asked me for another options.

There is no other option: either to have a secondary provider or switch to a different one if the existing ISP is not reliable.

Yeah, I was thinking the same.. and just to confirm, is T20 capable of handling dual wan ? like ISP redundancy ?

Idk. I've only dealt with t25 and it is possible with that for sure
