Guys; Signature Smiles they have a new scanner that needs to be installed. It's an ImageScan Pro 820ix We installed the Drivers from the Manufact website; it got installed correctly and we also installed Twain Driver and ran the Calibration settings.
But when it comes to functionality; works in Dexis; but either on Dexis or Windows or its software itself, it scans the info like Overexpose (excessively White); we played with its Software settings and did a lot of scanners to test not only Xrays but letter, but still the same, Called Ambir support they have checked it out; and guy Mentioned: seems to be like a hardware issue, usually calibration fix that, but unfortunately product was purchased 2021 and is not under warranty... How can we proceed?

this is how the scans looks like

This image is not a technical equipment diagnostic image. It shows a scanned advertisement for a **Roofing Services** company listing services (Metal Roof Repair, EPDM Membrane, Hot Tar Build-Up, White TPO Systems, Torch Down Roofs, Coatings, Emergency Services) and two phone numbers: **(516) 840-9585** and **(631) 704-9905**. The file metadata visible at the top shows three `.bmp` files (~11.4 MB each) scanned via **Ambir ImageScan Pro 820ix**, dated **7/31/202x**.

The image is too blurry and overexposed to extract any readable technical information. A Windows Fax and Scan dialog box is partially visible at the bottom center, and a file listing at the top references two .bmp files (~11.4 MB each) scanned via **Ambir ImageScan Pro 820ix** dated **7/31/202x**. The main scanned content appears to be a lateral medical/dental X-ray, but it is not legible due to poor scan quality.

its a worn out scanner lamp. Plus you have a confirmation from the manufacturer (Ambir). Pronounce it dead. Tell them to get a new one.
