Fix Windows Update and Freezing Issues After Disk Cloning

Hey guys, quick question. MURDUKHAYEV -FD2 computer. I see that the HD has been replaced, and the disk has been cloned https://bitrix.dentalht.com/workgroups/group/12/tasks/task/view/122671/ The computer randomly freezes, and I'm having some issues installing windows updates also, it's redoing changes all the time. Do you normally clone the disks when you have to replace an HDD for an SSD?

we normally dont close drives just to avoid these kind of issues. But I've seen this happening time to time, so Im not sure why it was cloned. @Ross Hendrickson @Boris Dobronevsky Do you guys know why?

backup the profile onto another PC and then let windows use reset this PC with the cloud download option

then walk the client through getting LMI on it and restoring it on the domain

if they basic then we just gonna send estimate for an onsite
