Hey guys, I have DRs Boyd office. He's having some issues with the charging port of his computer. Because of this, he's asking what's the latest backup. I see that he has crashplan installed, and he asked me about that. I can't check that info because I'm not able to log in. I see that the app is installed, but is asking for a pass and a 2FA code, he doesn't have any auth app at his phone. Any idea?

@Josue Nasini most modern laptops have ability to be charged via USB-C ports if there is one available. He can get a generic adapter. Just need to know the wattage. Just an idea.

He thinks that the port is the issue, not the charger . He doesn't have another charger to test it into the computer, or another USB-C device to test the charger 🫤

workstation and personal laptops are not covered in backup policies, if they would like we can put together a quote to additionally backup other computers

Do you have a some info about crashplan? Because he told me that he got that software form us and the laptob was being backed up, and I see that the soft is installed, but the thing is that is asking for a 2fa code, but he has no idea about that. Not sure if you have been using crashplan before nova

ATBLAPTOP is his personal computer so he takes it home. I may have told him to try crashplan since we dont backup home computers but I dont remember setting it up for him.
