This was an error during the domain migration caused by the GPO applied to the wrong users. Only HQ users should be redirected to the NAS. The GPO has been fixed but some residual issues might be out there. U can fix it by repointing the folders to the appropriate location (frondesk, business office, pvt office PCs are pointed to the \\servername\docs$\pcname and the OP PCs are pointed locally)
