@all Guys, I'm having some issues with TDS Val uses a PANINI VisionX to scan checks with Flushingbank - She's using the scanner on a new computer I downloaded the WebScanner from their portal and also the PANINI Drivers, when we are trying to scan checks, the scanner starts working but it stops at the middle of the scanning proces and it says "Unable to feed" it seems that the machine gets stuck or something I tried with 2 different drivers, and no luck, any ideas on what else to check here? or better if the office calls the bank and ask for a new machine?

Can they try using that same check scanner on another PC that they've used it before at ? I guess this'll confirm if its scanner itself

when it comes to check scanner installation, you need to download the drivers from the bank's website, no?

https://bitrix.dentalht.com/workgroups/group/5/tasks/task/view/122405/ files.panini.com ( setup@panini.com / password ) Just in case that you need something related to the drivers

Chase Bank guided me to download them from that website last time

Double check if the model that you are using is still listed there

On the bank's website they have universal drivers and a RNDIS - I'm using the universal drivers and it detects the VisionX and Panini everything - but still when trying to scan is getting stuck, also on the new computer tho... Drivers from the website, WebScan everything but still no luck on the new computer

i did this before using these steps: https://bitrix.dentalht.com/workgroups/group/5/tasks/task/view/114603/ "Had to download it from flushing bank site under documentation then web scan and web scan exe

Yes, I downloaded already the WebScan tool, it connects, turn green, starts scanning but it fails when scanning "Start scan failed to scan" Im calling tech support for flushing and see what they find, I'll let you know

So, the office had the scanner for 20 years around, the tech team suggested to do a deep cleaning of the scanner, dismount the unit clean it with air, clean the sensors and everything. The office will be getting a new scanner because after the tech team troubleshooted it, it pointed to hardware

the classics: wash it, clean and toss into the garbage.
