So tkt was escalated and assigned to me - the pc is not on domain so that won't work for the UAC prompts. I also tried the passwords we had in Bitrix with her - none of them work. Is the only option here to do a OS reinstall and recreate/reinstall everything?

I Feel like I worked with someone from hello smiles that had a similar pc, weren't they setup by their old IT? maybe someone from management knows what the admin credentials are for this ?

Luz is one of the managers and thats who I was speaking with D: . She said that she thought we had the credentials to it but the ones in Bitrix don't work . I'll check if she can find something on her end I guess, otherwise only thing I can think of is reinstall OS
