Hey guys, any idea about this? I tried to select twain, dexis9 at Mouthwatch capture, but it doesn't work. If i choose twain, and try to take images using twain driver I receive this error:

**MouthWatch Twain Driver** application is displaying an unhandled exception error dialog with the message: **"Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))"**. The exception text identifies a **System.UnauthorizedAccessException** originating from `System.Runtime.InteropServices.ComTypes.IMoniker.BindToObject`, traced through `Saraff.Twain.DS.Screen.Forms.AcquireForm` methods including `CreateFilter`, `SetupGraph`, and `panel1_Click`. The Intraoral Camera section shows **"USB Video Device"** selected, with **"Use VMR-9 Rendering"** checkbox enabled.

MOuthwatch has the tech articles on their website for the integration steps

Yes, it is configured as the guide says

it seems like you are having the permissions issue. Can you run Dexis as admin and see if it works?

Yes, I tried that too, to run dexis and mouthwatch as administrator

the error states there is access denied. try giving full rights to Dexis and MOuthWatch registry

The thing that I noticed is that when I try to open the windows camera app I'm not able to give permissions to the app to use the camera.

The Windows Camera app displays a "We need your permission" dialog requiring Privacy settings access for camera and microphone. The Windows Privacy Settings panel shows **Microphone access for this device is off**, with the "Allow apps to access your microphone" toggle set to **Off**. This is occurring within a **LogMeIn Remote Session** on a machine running **DEXIS** dental imaging software (visible in the taskbar and top-right interface).
