Hey guys, I have a MAC computer that's trying to log in to the PDS VPN trough Firebox SSL. VPN is working on my side with that user and password, but in his computer I'm getting this:

Have you tried adding to FW exceptions?
Tech A 2024-08-20 12:49
If i try to reach that IP/hostname by browser it works properly
Tech B 2024-08-20 12:50
different ports/protocols?

Check Permissions: Ensure the VPN client has proper permissions in System Preferences > Security & Privacy. Firewall Settings: Verify the macOS firewall isn’t blocking the VPN. Network Configuration: Reset network settings in System Preferences > Network.

did you uninstall the old one and installed new one directly from the web portal?
Tech A 2024-08-20 12:58
Yes, I did
Tech A 2024-08-20 13:02
Should I try with OpenVPN?
Tech C 2024-08-20 13:05
you should look at the logs and see where your problem is
