Hey guys, I received a call from Hello Smile woodside. They told me that they have 2 Tuxedo sensors that needed to be installed. I installed the drivers and everything. Do you know if they have been using that brand at the other computers? I spoke with Tuxedo, they told me that the sensors can be used via TWAIN or direct integration to the software, but I'm not sure if they have been using the sensors before and how, cause Tuxedo tech told me that they bought this sensors at 2019 -.-

So basically I'm not sure if they use that sensors trough TWAIN or direct integration with OD, and if they were using them before, maybe someone knows

Not 100% sure on this - never worked on x-rays with that office but see if you can find out where/what PC they already use sensors and check settings from that pc o.o . Or have them show you how they normally would take x-rays . It's most likely via twain if its through open dental
