Hey guys, is anyone familiar with DTX Studio? I have Flatrion family dental office having issues with. They are trying to take pan images, but the pan machine is showing as offline at DTX Studio

If you try to take images from dexis, works properly
Tech A 2024-09-13 16:40
At acquisition is showing 0 devices instead of 1 offline, but if you go to dtx studio icon at the traybar, it's showing as offline
Tech A 2024-09-13 16:42
This is the dtx studio icon. It's showing as offline there at the traybar, but there's no device configured at the app

**DTX Studio Settings – Devices Panel** The DTX Studio Settings window is open to the **Devices** section, showing no third-party devices added (TWAIN/Folder import list is empty) and a **TWAIN Port number of 4438**. In the lower-right corner, a system tray/notification panel displays a device labeled **"OP 3D KR2006495"** with status shown as **"Offline"** and a **red indicator dot**, confirming the device is not currently connected or communicating. No USB image sensor support checkbox is checked, and camera freeze duration is set to **1 second**.

@all I'm with DTX at the line. They want to know if we can install dtx at the E drive, or G drive, or get more space at F: drive. I see that disks are virtual disks, not sure if they are dynamic or not. This is at FFD-SRV01

**Screen shows a remote desktop session (LogMeIn) into server "FFD-SRV01" at a dental practice ("Flatiron Family Dental").** A File Explorer window displays the server's drives and volumes; **New Volume (E:) is selected, showing 16.6 GB free of 19.9 GB**, and **DTX (F:) shows 0 bytes free of 19.9 GB (NTFS)**. A **"Job Status" dialog in the lower right reads "Job has failed"** with options "Close window automatically" and **"Show Log Now"**.
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:14
It's a VM
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:15
do you know how to check the settings?
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:18
Yes, but not sure where that VM is hosted

**Remote Monitoring Console – Search Results View** The screen displays a filtered search results list for "flatiron" returning **14 computers**, all showing status as **Online** with IP address **98.0.235.86**. Devices include workstations labeled CADCAM2-PC, CADCAM-PC, FFD-FRONT01, FFD-BILLING, KAVO3D, FFD-X-RAY, OFFICE1, OFFICE2, FFD-OP01 through FFD-OP05, and FFD-SRV01, operating on ports **15530** or **15576**. Several entries display **yellow triangle warning indicators** (⚠) and three display **red circle alert indicators** (🔴), specifically on CADCAM2-PC (CADCAM), OFFICE2, FFD-OP02, FFD-OP04 (port 15530), FFD-OP05 (port 15530), and FFD-SRV01 (green icon variant).
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:19
That VM that I'm talking about is SRV01 (FFD-SRV01)
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:19
me neither. @Albert Khaydatov do you know?
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:19
oh, its Esxi
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:19
the info is in Bitrix
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:20
but I do not know how to add extra space in esxi environment
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:20
me neither -.-
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:20
so does esxi have available space that we can allocate from?
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:21
@Albert Khaydatov can u plz take over?
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:21
since we dont know how to do it, we as well might not know how to check the space
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:22
last time i did it, i had to use online guides, ok should i check now?
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:22
I can park the call
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:22
If you want
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:22
Or ask him to wait until we check
Tech B 2024-09-13 18:22
why?
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:22
as you prefer
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:22
but yeah if you can check now, would be great
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:24
ok disconnect
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:25
doesn't look so hard to do but I never did it before https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FC4EZvwNxgo
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:27
look at this original.old folder. it's taking the most space. should i move it out and see?

Tech C 2024-09-13 18:28
18.5gb used out of 20gb. strange why their partitions were made for 20gb each
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:28
maybe dynamic? not sure
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:28
but all their parts are 19.9 yeah
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:28
he told me that he needs that folder
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:29
i see
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:31
well you have to shut down the server to expand
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:31
nice
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:32
let me ask the office then
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:33
not sure why they didnt use all the available storage
image/jpeg Screenshot 2024-09-13 at 2.31.54 PM.jpg
**VMware ESXi Host Storage – Datastores Tab** A single datastore named **DS01** is listed with the following attributes: Drive Type: **Non-SSD**, Capacity: **893.5 GB**, Provisioned: **357.87 GB**, Free: **535.63 GB**, Type: **VMFS6**, Thin Provisioning: **Supported**, Access: **Single**. No error messages or warning indicators are visible; all fields display normal readout values.
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:35
so they can't turn off the server now, probably at 5pm
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:35
yeah there are 500gb remaining -.-
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:35
but what about the drives? are fixed? or dynamic?
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:36
maybe that's why all the disks are 19,9gb
Tech C 2024-09-13 18:36
i think it's dynamic, i logged out, you can go back in and check
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:37
Or can we use the other drives maybe?
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:38
it's fixed,not dynamic 🫤
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:38
maybe use this volume here
image/png image.png
**Windows File Explorer** is open on **New Volume (G:)**, displaying four files: **DTXStudioClinic(x64)\_3.1.11.1.exe** (dated 9/14/2022), **DTXStudioCore(x64)\_3.10.5.2.exe** (4/26/2022), **DTXStudioImplant(x64)\_3.6.4.2.exe** (4/26/2022), and **ImplantLibrary\_3.6.ILF** (11/18/2021). The left navigation pane shows mapped drives including **Local Disk (C:)**, **New Volume (E:)**, **DTX (F:)** (with subfolders: Archive, DTX Studio, DTX Studio original.old, DTX SW, Implant Images, Patients), and **New Volume (G:)**. No error messages or diagnostic indicators are visible.
Tech A 2024-09-13 18:38

Tech A 2024-09-13 18:38
