Hey Guys QQ - TDA on MURRAY 4th floor they use an app called "LAS EZ" to use a microscope however they've been having issues for the last week with the following error message - They told me last week someone re-installed the app, however still having the same issue, any ideas on what can I do here?

A software error dialog box is displayed with the title **"Unhandled Exception : DivideByZeroException."** The message body reads: *"Unfortunately an error has occurred. If possible save your work and then Exit and re-start the application. Please contact Leica support with the following information."* The exception detail box shows **"1: DivideByZeroException — Attempted to divide by zero,"** with available buttons for **Save**, **Detail**, **Word Wrap**, and **Close**.

are you able to check settings in the program before it crashes? I believe by default it points to picture folder and this PC's picture folder might be pointing to the server and the software doesn't like that

Found the error forgot to say, they were plugging it into a disabled usb port, I enabled it and it was detecting the microscope As well inside Eaglesoft they were not able to reproduce the video taken on the microscope, I called Eaglesoft support, they helped me under preferences - selecting the microscope and disabling hardware acceleration, all good now
