Configure Dolphin image downloads to use mapped drive in RemoteApp environment

For Pediatric Dentistry of Queens - PDS, when downloading images from Dolphin... should this images be going to the Mapped Drive: "Dolphin imports" | "queens folder" or could we do something to download the images in the Desktop's Computer?

RemoteApp is a virtual application solution that allows users to run Windows-based applications regardless of what operating system they are using. It allows users to launch virtual applications from a server that appears on their computer as if it is installed locally, but in reality, is running on a remote server. So, with this being said, anything ran as RemoteApps is actually running on the Remote server. So, you need to use a shared drive to exchange the info between the local PC and the remote servers. It is possible to map local drives BUT for security concerns, we do now allow local drives to be mapped to the remote session.

so, to answer your question, yes, it should be going to the Mapped Drive: "Dolphin imports" | "queens folder"

Perfect, that's what i thought... thanks for confirming... since Dr assured me he was able to do it directly to his Desktop's PC and it was working fine before, i thought maybe there is way.

Dr understood, we put the mapped drive on his Desktop and predefined the save path in dolphin, so he need to click "Save" instead of searching any path, and with the mapped drive on his desktop just open it and go to queen's folder images will be there. Thanks Sergey
