Guys, for Dwight Hershman - Office is down, no network, PM is not working (DSN) Dexis not working, We restarted the Router and both switches, no luck, as well as the FW - They had a UPS that was disconnected, we were able to connect the UPS but still no luck - I tried already to ping the server, showing offline I found this ticket https://bitrix.dentalht.com/company/personal/user/940/tasks/task/view/135997/ It seems the office had this same problem last month but it got fixed by itself - any ideas on what else can I check? She's calling Verizon right now just to double check but any help would be appreciated
