Hey guys, quick question regarding emails from PDS at a phone. I'm trying to add Marc email to his phone, I guided him to add the account at his iphone like this screenshot, he's receiving an error that the host is unavailable. I think that he needs an app password,because the 2FA is enabled, but he's not at the office. Anyways, the host is showing as offline. Is there something else that I'm missing?
