Approve new device for merchant processing account access

@all Hey Guys, Catherine from Manhassett Miracle Smile, she is trying to check a chargeback from the merchant processing account and there is a secure link they use to access that authenticates the devices, Usually this is done by the doctor by now Catherine needs to do it, but it is getting an error, do you know if they need to contact the merchant or do something else with it? I have tried inprivate windows, different browser and the 2 emails they have, I see the same error.

Could be a dump question but Who approve it? Merchant company? or Dr maybe?

there is an email associated with the account. You need to specify that email, then access it, and click the link to approve the device. It has to be done by whoever has access to that email
