@all anyone good with dentrix ledger that could give me a clue here? 🫠 for Galligan, this patient has these 4 entries from yesterday, that office doesn't know where it comes from, patient hasn't been moved from any family, there is an inactive duplicate from this patient, but back in 2009, also, patient balance was 0 before all those debits/adjustments, and it leaves it at 0 at the very end, office wants to delete but want to know why it appeared, been trying to figure it out, but I do not know either lol

The screen shows a **Dentrix Ledger + History** window for patient **Jennifer Baranello**, displaying a chronological list of dental transactions from 11/05/2020 through 11/05/2024. A red arrow points to a highlighted row dated **11/05/2024** showing an **"Adj – Pre-Conversion Debit"** entry with a value of **170.00**, provider code **48ZZ**, and a running balance of **330.00**. Additional visible entries on 11/05/2024 include a **"Senior Citizen Courtesy"** adjustment of **-334.10** (provider **1ZZ**), a **"Pre-Conversion Debit"** of **1145.60** (provider **80ZZ**), and a **"Senior Citizen Courtesy"** of **-1141.50** (provider **74ZZ**).

The screen displays a **"Change or Delete Charge Adjustment"** dialog box dated **11/5/2024** with an amount of **160.00** and provider code **31ZZ**, patient **Baranello, Jennifer**. A dropdown list shows charge adjustment types with IDs (11–26), with **ID 26 "Pre-Conversion Debit"** currently highlighted/selected. A note field reads: *"This is an adjustment to make the patient's balance 0.00 when Baranello, Jennifer was archived,"* and a warning indicator (yellow triangle with exclamation mark) is visible near the **Delete** button.

no clue. Have you checked the audit trail report? if not, then it would be a Dentrix call
