@all Hey Guys, I am trying to connect dentrix through the remote apps and desktop connections, but keeps looping and it never connects, so I installed the latest certificate I saw in the server, and installed for local machine, for personal and for trusted root, rebooted the pc, disconnected the session from the ts server in bronx and tried more more time but no luck, can someone help me with this? any ideas to follow will be great :)

I tried and kept looping using front5 profile, but I checked in the active directory/remote users, there is a user call Front-5 for NJ, and showed the prompt for the profiles and I tried front-5 and that worked, seems like keep asking for password everytime open it
