Good morning guys, I'm having some issues with Kallis englewood office. They use GMAIL. They are able to send emails, but they are not receiving. I checked the mailbox, it's not full, I'm not receiving a bounce back email, there are no rules, I tried to run a mail tracer but no data is showing up for today. I typed their domain at mxtoolbox, and I received this:

**MXToolbox SuperTool Beta9** MX Lookup results for **posgrp.com** show three test failures: (1) **DMARC Record Published** — *No DMARC Record found* (red X), (2) **DNS Record Published** — *DNS Record not found* (red X), and (3) **DMARC Policy Not Enabled** — *DMARC Quarantine/Reject policy not enabled* (yellow warning). Results were reported by **ns56.domaincontrol.com** on **11/12/2024 at 7:30:26 AM UTC-6**.

Have you checked g-workspace health?

If there is problem, with records/domain you should see it in dashboard when you login as root admin

mx record is missing on the dns

Starting in April 2023, we made it possible to use one MX record to set up Gmail. This change has no impact on mail delivery or reliability.
Important: We recommend using these instructions if you’re setting up new MX records or if you need to change your MX records. If your current configuration is working, don't change your MX records. The Legacy version (5 MX records) will continue to work indefinitely.

* Domain hosts use different labels for the name and value fields. Some hosts also require a period at the end of smtp.google.com.
