Anyone that recovered godaddy accounts before? I have a customer that needs to add mx records to their DNS, I'm trying to log in with the passwords that we have at bitrix, but it doesn't work. Hey guys, two days ago I was able to try to recover the account. It was sending an email to an encrypted email. Yesterday, the office sent an email to an ex-worker that was fired. Looks like that person was the one that set up the godaddy account. Today, I'm trying to recover the account, and it says that the account doesn't exist. 2+2=4. What should we do in this case? Their email is not working, they do not have access to their domain either. If the ex coworker has been registered as owner at godaddy, legally it's his domain name lol, they are asking for help to fix this issue @all

I'm not sure if we have too much options now... Basically we do not have any admin account to manage the domains, the doctor is not the owner registered at godaddy...
