@all for Dr. Nassi Figdor - NJ, Amy is using  FIGDOR LAKEWOOD - FD1, and she is connecting Via LMI to FIGDOR BK - REMOTE01 (from NJ to BK) She Previously were doing the same but form her FIGDOR LAKEWOOD - FD1to a Pc in BK via RDP, in which she was able to Scan using the RDP remote PC on papers and files she has on NJ scanner connected to  LAKEWOOD - FD1, but they stopped using that RDP cause that PC is being use for another person physically and every time they Used RDP they'd kicked this person off the PC. Because of this they now have 4 Remote PC in BK. FIGDOR BK - REMOTE01 FIGDOR BK - REMOTE02 FIGDOR BK - REMOTE03 FIGDOR BK - REMOTE04 But they now are using LMI to connect to those remote PCs, the issue is with LMI she can not remotely scan ( Using LAKEWOOD - FD1 to  BK - REMOTE01) *an option was to drag and drop files from her physical Pc to the remote one, but in LMI this is not enabled. FIGDOR LAKEWOOD - FD1  Public IP: 74.90.41.200 IGDOR BK - REMOTE01  Public IP: 24.45.248.73 IDN if someone already set up BK office network to get RDP from a different network. but could ping  BK- REMOTE01  from  LAKEWOOD - FD1. i enabled RDP on Remote 1 to test it out and it let me RDP, but only with our Admin Credentials. I'm trying to see what's the best way to set this up so she can Scan from her Physical PC to the remote one using RDP.  "She stated she normally scans tons of documents, Dayli. That's one of her needs!

*an option was to drag and drop files from her physical Pc to the remote one, but in LMI this is not enabled. - this is not accurate - LMI supports drag'n'drop There should be a TSScan software, same as PDS uses to scan remotely. I believe, @Albert Khaydatov was the one who set it up

i remember buying tsscan for them to use with RDP. so if now they are using logmein, it wont be the same way. but i do not understand the reason why they switched from RDP to logmein since in both cases the pcs cannot be in use.

that's what i thought, but she said it was because 3-4 people were trying to get to that single RDP, so they got now 4 Remote Pc dedicated for those 4 remote users, she is one of those.

yes RDP can only work for 1 user at a time, so since they added more pcs, they can continue to use RDP, 1 per PC.

and if they want to use the tsscan the same way we did for that first PC, we can purchase and install it on the others and give them access.

what is the cost of it? is it 1 License per PC ?

but its per server. So, if they get a terminal server and it has the TSScan soft installed, all connected users are covered. SAme as PDS
