@all restarting the patterson services is not working to get eaglesoft back up and running, they are still unable to connect for DBM office

**Patterson Server Status (EAGLESOFT)** dialog shows five services monitored: Database, Application, Image, and API servers all display **green indicators ("Running")**, while the **Patterson Assistant Server shows a red indicator ("Stopped")**. The Database Upgrade section shows **Service Status: Connected** and **Upgrade Status: Upgrade Not Needed**. Event log entries timestamped **11/15/2024 3:48–3:49 PM** record the sequence: API and Imaging services entered Stopped state, followed by Assistant Service cycling through Start Pending and Stopped states, then Database, Application, API, Database, and Imaging services returning to Running state — **Assistant Service did not return to Running**.

turn off windows firewall for clients who are having issues all of a sudden. someone turned on the logmein firewall and when we turned it off the option to enable windows firewall was on so we left it and that cause it to turn on for clients who had it off on certain servers
