Is anyone familiar with Kenneth Band office? I'm having an issue with the audio system there. They have this setup. Sonos controller is accessible, I can ping it, and play music at sonos app, but music is not playing anyways. Onkyo amplifier is on, and is at CD source, we tried with other sources too, and the MONSTER CABLE device is connected.
