Hey guys, can you please help me out with the following request? we received a call from IDCM on behalf of Island Dental Associates, him was trying to whitelist a domain to be able to use an API to communicate and pull data from the software (opendental), therefore he was trying to whitelist the following domain api.opendental.com, I was able to access to the access to the whatguard settings to try to add the policy, but I am not totally sure about what should be the best process of doing this, checked on the following link; https://www.watchguard.com/help/docs/help-center/en-us/Content/en-US/Fireware/policies/fqdn_about_c.html#DNS

**WatchGuard Fireware Web UI — Firewall > Aliases screen.**
The Aliases list displays the following entries: **Firebox, Any-External, Any-Trusted, Any-Optional, Any-BOVPN, Any-Multicast, Microsoft365, External, Trusted, TC IPs, Weave IPs**. Action buttons at the bottom read **ADD, EDIT, REMOVE**; no error messages or warning indicators are visible on screen.
