For Dicicco 52nd street - they are on Dentrix 24.13 ---> They have been having issues daily for the past couple of days with changing appointment statuses to complete - it won't let them set the status to complete - PC will stop responding and nothing happens. I ran dbsweep, reset network station ID's as well as reset communication files and also server was rebooted (it had 111 day uptime) and it fixes it temporarily but they are still running into this issue sporadically. Any suggestions on what else I can try here? o.o
