Fix printer producing dotted lines only on claim forms

Does this make any sense : When they print a claim from one specific printer - it comes out like this (picture below) . This only happens with claims though , everything else prints normally from that printer o.O . And the claims print out normally from all other printers as well. I'm assuming something with the printer

I think so. What happen if you reduce the printing size to 50% for example? do you have that white borders too?

But it's weird that it only happen with the forms

Yeah not sure why its only happening for forms - didnt try to reduce to 50% but I did try the fit to page option - which did not make a difference. Let me test that as well

so printing 50% printed it much smaller - but same issue o.o

but if the same issue still it's weird, because the roller isnt touching next to the border of the page right?

-  If the dots are spaced every 3.7 in. (or 94mm) with about 2 3 dots down the page, go to STEP 1. -  If the dot pattern repeats every 1.7 in. (or 43mm) with about 5 6 dots down the page, the TONER cartridge is causing the issue.

Disregard, confirmed physical issue . Lots of miscommunication between the staff members there lol
