Hey guys, any idea about this? I think that the "query failed" is related... looks like the installer can't pull the computer information. I already ran the installer as an administrator user. This is at Ruben Cueto office .

**Dentrix 24.3.0.18966 Setup** is displaying an installation failure dialog stating: *"Unable to read information for OS,"* indicating that one or more mandatory system requirements are not met. The system information overlay (DentalHT tool) identifies the machine as **Host: FRONT-2**, running **Windows 8.1**, with **8098 MB RAM**, **IP: 192.168.1.115**; the Account, Service Tag, and Vendor fields all return **"Query failed."** No physical hardware is visible; all diagnostic information is software/OS-level.
