GM guys, I'm having some issues launching Guru5 on a computer, when I click the Guru button it doesn't do anything...
I checked and tried to run it as admin, also with compatibility mode on win7 - nothing happens, If I open Guru directly from the desktop it loads, but not from the patient chart, any ideas?

Okay, I'll try to re-install the tool and let you know what I find out
After I install it, do I have to do something additional to make sure is integrated with Dentrix? or just the initial set up, like pointing it to the server and all of that right?

No luck, I tried installing Guru 5 - Guru 5.3.1 - Run as admin - still not able to launch from patient chart - it got frozen and unresponsive, then it goes back to normal but Guru doesn't want to launch...

Event viewer not showing anything - says that installation was good
Location has full rights - I believe that on this workstation it will only allow to launch it from the desktop icon, not from Dentrix itself 🙁
