Hey Guys QQ - PDS uses TSscan to upload files to Doc Center, I'm with Queens Ortho they're telling me that a week ago they used to have the name of the scanner under the acquire option, but now, only shows tsscan - when they try to use it, is not scanning and the name for the scanner is no longer showing on the list
Any ideas what could I check? or should it work with tsscan?

Okay, TSScan is working fine - but they want to have the name of the scanner as it was a week ago, I believe is not possible due TSScan acting as a bridge between the workstation and the RDP right?

My understanding is that they have to select TSScan option - once the tsscan interface opens up their scanner name should show up in that scanner drop down menu from within tsscan interface

Yeah, we did it that way and it worked
The thing is that they say that under the list of devices to acquire they used to have Tsscan and also the scanner directly which they selected it and it worked - I told them already it has to be done with Tsscan from now on to avoid any confusion 😅 - Thank you
