Hey guys, I have a dell computer that's showing a warning all the times that they reboot it :
alert tpm device not detected
If they press f1 they can use the computer, but the warning will appear next time.
I found this post, that TPM2.0 driver should be installed in order to fix that, do you know if there will be some issues with bitlocker or something related after this? There are other posts asking to enable TPM at the bios in case that's disabedl, not sure if we can do that too without having other issues

TPM could have been disconnected, some motherboards have it as an optional slot that you can add.
If bitlocker is ON, and you install TPM It will 99% ask for the bitlocker key.
( If bitlocker is not enabled, you should be good to go)
If no one is on site I wouldn't recommend installing the drivers, especially if you don't have a recovery key.

Bitlocker is off, should be fine... But I know that when is about TPM and bios upgrade, can lead to something else

If you upgrade firmware there is always a risk.
The driver itself shouldn't do any damage if it's not reliable on stuff like safe boot or bitlocker
