Guys, for Dr Brenman's office, they had a power outage, service came back online, they're having issues opening PracticeWorks, when I accessed the server I checked the VM that hosts PW and it's stuck working on updates, When I first saw it, it was at 100%, it's applying some additional ones, I've been here for 30 minutes waiting to see if it finishes but, we're still like this - Should I leave it like that until it fully loads? or better to check something else to get them back on track? thanks

A Hyper-V Virtual Machine Connection window titled **"SOFTDENT on SVR19"** is displayed via a LogMeIn remote session to **"BRENMAN – SVR19 HYPERV."** The VM screen shows a Windows update progress screen reading **"Working on updates – 30% complete – Don't turn off your computer"** with a spinning progress indicator. The VM status bar at the bottom shows **"Status: Running"** and the timestamp reads **12/2/2024 at 2:25 PM.**

interrupting updates = crashed server in 70% of cases.
