Hey guys, I'm trying to log in to OP2 computer at COVE DENTAL. I tried to log in trough SOS, and LMI Rescue, because we do not have that computer at LMI. The user that they are using is "admin" but it's not an admin account, so I'm not able to run SOS or LMI. I tried with administrator/Dental$$ administrator/TechKing1! dht/D3ntalHT but none of them works. Any ideas?
Also tried to log in trough RDP, but I was not able to log in with the admin user, since it's not on the remote desktop users..

if yes, you can ask them to go to https://logmein.dentalht.com and install LMI for you

Or you can email mb2 support and ask them to install LMI for us by providing the link from above as well as the name we would like them to put.
