Guys, I have Premier Oral Surgery - Bergenfield office. They called before because OP2 computer is not turning on. They took another computer from another room, plugged it into the same surge protector, and that computer is not turning on now. I guided them to remove the cmos battery and clear the cmos memory, also, we removed the ddr modules, but still doing the same thing, nothing.
There's a button at the back of the computer, on the PSU to test it, if she press it, fan start to spin and light gets green, but nothing happens after that. She also tried to plug that computer to a power outlet directly on the wall, but still not working. Any ideas? -.-

what if you move the computer back to the other room? What if there is a problem with the outlet? it rarely byt happens.
Also, perform the power drain (unplug from the outlet, press and hold th epower button for 15 seconds, reconnect to the outlet and wait for the white smoke to come out)

The computer died when she connected that one on the power surge protector, that killed the other one apparently lol

try to leave them unplugged for a longer time, like 10-15 min. I remember some PSUs have like an automatic switch that wont let you turn it back on right away after there is a shortage detected
