Hey guys, does someone knows how the Dentrix Collection Manager works? The office tells me that they know that some patients owe money, we are trying to run a report, but nothing is showing up. It depends about the case, but I selected Skip accounts with claims pending, changed the min balance to $1 to see only the people that owes money
