Hey guys, I'm getting this error at DI website. I already restarted the services that DI bridge uses, and ran the restart modento bridge app. Is there something that I'm missing? I do not see the PMS DI Sync app at the desktop of the server. This is for TROGAN office

that was a known issue with Modento, there should be a few apps to restart the services, if that doesn't work, modento support mentioned that they should run a few processes on their end to make it work.

Go to the taskmgr, open the services and check for di.Engagement.Tunnel, see if it starts and stop constantly - if it does, then that's a call to DI support.
